Diane Hochhalter resides with her family and zoo of animals in Valley City, ND. She firmly believes we only get one-go-round in this life, so we better make the most of it!
My studio was built on the premise that life can be unexpectant, and in the end, we just have our memories. And these memories should be documented in beautiful products, not stored in a cloud somewhere. I LOVE working one on one with individuals to create sessions and experiences tailored exactly for them! Whether you want me to hang off the back of a boat while you surf or endure mosiquitoes and heat to capture the badlands of North Dakota, I am game for all of it!
As a photographer, I feel it is necessary to constantly work on one’s skills and craft. I attend conferences and take classes and seminars. I submit work to competitions for critiques and scoring to further my knowledge and skills. The more I learn, the more I feel I don’t know and am always trying to improve my work in order to enhance and improve my clients experience and their final images.
My work has been deemed worthy of merit by SYNC (Senior + Youth National Conference) and Portrait Masters, a Society of International Photography Leaders. My work has been published in Senior Year Magazine, Senior Muse and was named one of 2022 Senior Inspire’s Top 100 Photographers to Follow.
